Back sleepers will find our medium pillow super comfy, whilst all you side sleepers (that’s over 70% of you) should pick our firm pillow which is lovely and squishy but also supportive. Wrigglers needn’t worry; if you change position a lot during the night you should choose our medium pillow which is a great all-rounder for most sleep positions.
