Does your Sleepy People discount code not work? Or has your free gift disappeared from your basket? Read our FAQs to find the answers to some of the most asked questions. Free gift thresholds must be met BEFORE delivery is added

e.g. Free Hoodie over £50 – your basket total must be £50 before you select your shipping option

The free gifts are while stocks last, we may have run out of stock but you can always check with the team on our live chat in the bottom left hand corner of your screen

Discount codes can only be used on full priced items

Only one discount code will work at one time

Customers can only use the discount code once

The discount code may have expired

Free delivery codes are for UK Mainland only

 

All orders must reach the free delivery thresholds after discount codes have been applied. For example, if your basket total reaches £40 but you apply a 10% discount code, you will not receive the free standard delivery.

 

Orders that reach £40 after discount codes have been applied will qualify for free standard delivery

Orders that reach £60 after discount codes have been applied will qualify for free express delivery

Please contact us via the contact form as soon as possible.  If your order has not been dispatched we will cancel and refund your order. The refund will be through your method of payment and may take up to 5 working day depending on operator. If you order has already been dispatched, we can attempt to cancel your order with the courier however your order may still be delivered.  You may refuse it at the door however if your order has been delivered it will go through the returns process.

If you received your order within 15 and 30 days we will accept returns which are unopened and unused.  After 30 days, we do not accept unwanted returns.  Please note: Please ensure you retain a returns reference as returns without this may incur a delay in processing.

Yes, you can use your own courier to return your item.  Please contact us via the contact form here to obtain our returns address and a return reference so we can link the return to your order.  Please note, we cannot reimburse postage costs.

Please contact us via the contact form within the first 14 days of receipt.  Please advise us of your order number and issue- images may be required.  We will process a free return with a return reference. A replacement will be issued once the return is received.

Please contact us via the contact form here.  Please advise us of your order number and fault- images may be required.  If your order was received within the last 30 days, please advise us of whether you would prefer a replacement or refund, which will be issue once the return is received and we will arrange a free return.  If your order is over 30 days, you may contact us for a replacement, Or if your item has a manufacturers guarantee contact them directly.

As your address has been confirmed by your payment provided we are unable to amend address after checkout.
